With milk as a cereal

Sprinkled on top of hot oatmeal

Mixed into yogurt with fresh fruit

Cooked into whole grain (blueberry) pancakes or waffles

Sprinkled on top of whole grain muffins or cookies

Rolled onto peanut butter covered bananas or apples

Sprinkled onto frozen yogurt or ice cream

Added to apple crisp or baked apples
